Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Coordinator to support the Contract Management team by performing contract administration, core contract management activities, and co-ordinating team tasks.
Role responsibilities
You’ll be coordinating the priority and focus of the Contract Management Team by collating and reporting on contract management activities to ensure the appropriate Governance and for Management to focus on more strategic priorities.
You’ll provide day to day contract management system administration by supporting, inputting, and maintaining data accuracy into the SRM system to ensure the Team has all the appropriate data required to support and enable more informed decisions.
You’ll also analyse Power BI dashboards and identification of burning issues by interpretating the data and identifying clear exceptions that would pose commercial risk to ensure that those risks are mitigated and appropriately managed in a timely manner.

We’re looking for an aspiring contracts or supply chain professional to provide support the contracts team, someone who can analyse data, provide insights, identify trends, and provide administrative support.
