Mae Trafnidiaeth Cymru (TrC) yn parhau i gynyddu ei bortffolio o brosiectau trafnidiaeth a thrawsnewid. Rydyn ni’n chwilio am Noddwr Prosiectau Cynorthwyol a fydd yn helpu’r tîm Noddi i gynnal gofynion adrodd, datblygu dogfennau noddi, a gwneud y gwaith o noddi cynlluniau bach (<£5m).
Cyfrifoldebau’r swydd
Byddwch chi’n noddi'r gwaith o roi rhaglenni trafnidiaeth bach ar waith drwy weithredu fel pwynt cyswllt ar gyfer cleientiaid allanol a'r tîm cyflawni prosiectau, gan ddarparu dealltwriaeth, cyngor ac argymhellion i sicrhau bod TrC yn diwallu anghenion ei gleientiaid ac yn tarfu cyn lleied â phosibl ar deithwyr y rheilffyrdd a chymunedau lleol.
Byddwch chi’n cynnal eglurder ynghylch sefyllfa ariannol cynlluniau trafnidiaeth bach drwy ymgysylltu â chleientiaid ac arianwyr, yn ogystal â gweithio’n agos gyda thimau cyflawni prosiectau i nodi newidiadau posibl i amodau’r gyllideb er mwyn bodloni gofynion o ran amser, costau ac ansawdd.
Byddwch chi hefyd yn helpu’r tîm noddi drwy weinyddu a hwyluso cyfarfodydd gyda rhanddeiliad a chleientiaid allweddol gan gynnwys Bwrdd y Gynghrair Gorsafoedd i sicrhau bod dull gweithredu cyson, effeithlon ac effeithion mewn cyfarfodydd pwysig.

Assistant Project Sponsor
Introduction
Transport for Wales (TfW) is continuing to have an increasing transport and transformation project portfolio. We are now looking for an Assistant Project Sponsor who will support the Sponsorship team in maintaining reporting requirements, developing sponsorship documentation, and taking on the sponsorship of small-scale schemes (<£5m).
Role responsibilities
You’ll sponsor the implementation of small scale transport programmes by acting as the point of contact for the external client and the project delivery team, providing insight, advice and recommendations to ensure TfW is meeting client’s needs whilst minimising disruption to rail passengers and the local communities.
You’ll maintain clarity over the financial position of small scale transport schemes by undertaking client and funder engagements and working closely with the project delivery teams to identify potential changes in budget requirements to be able to deliver to time, cost and quality.
You’ll also support the sponsorship team through the administration and facilitation of key client and stakeholder meetings including the Stations Alliance Board to ensure a consistent, efficient, and effective approach to key meetings.

We’re looking for a Project Sponsor to lead the sponsorship of small scale transport projects, and to support the Sponsorship team with governance, reporting and meeting administration and facilitation activities.
