Cyfle gwych i ymuno â Trafnidiaeth Cymru (TrC) fel Rheolwr Prosiect TG a fydd yn darparu prosiectau sy’n ymwneud â TG a Gwasanaethau Digidol i wella effeithiolrwydd TrC fel sefydliad ac i sicrhau gwelliannau i brofiad defnyddwyr gwasanaethau trafnidiaeth gyhoeddus.
Cyfrifoldebau’r swydd
Byddwch yn darparu gwasanaeth rheoli prosiectau proffesiynol ac effeithiol, gan gynnwys llywodraethu prosiectau, adrodd, gweithgorau technegol a grwpiau llywio gweithredol, yn unol â’r prosesau a’r amserlenni angenrheidiol.
Byddwch yn cefnogi’r gwaith o gyflawni gweithdrefnau ar gyfer darparu prosiectau TG a Gwasanaethau Digidol a bod yn ymwybodol o’r newidiadau diweddaraf i ddeddfwriaeth, gan weithio gyda’r gadwyn gyflenwi i sicrhau bod TrC a’i bartneriaid yn defnyddio’r arferion gorau.
Byddwch yn rheoli timau prosiectau drwy gydweithio â chydweithwyr mewnol, contractwyr allanol, rhanddeiliaid a'r gadwyn gyflenwi i sicrhau bod y prosiectau’n cyflawni canlyniadau a ddymunir o ran cwmpas y gwaith, amserlenni a chost.

Rydyn ni’n chwilio am Reolwr Prosiect TG profiadol i arwain y gwaith o ddatblygu prosiectau TG, yn bennaf yn ymwneud â rheilffyrdd a bysiau, gan sicrhau bod y dechnoleg yn adlewyrchu arferion gorau, yn gweithio'n unol â'n hamcanion strategol ac yn cyd-fynd yn llwyr â phartneriaid a rhanddeiliaid allweddol.
Bydd angen y canlynol arnoch:
o Profiad blaenorol o reoli’r gwaith o gyflawni prosiectau sy’n ymwneud â TG a Gwasanaethau Digidol.
o Meddu ar gymhwyster rheoli prosiect fel MSP, APM neu PRINCE2 neu debyg.
o Profiad blaenorol o reoli cyllideb prosiect, gan gynnwys rhagweld a monitro gwariant.
o Gallu rheoli contract TG.
o Profiad o weithio ac ymgysylltu â rhanddeiliaid mewnol ac allanol, ynghyd â chleientiaid trafnidiaeth.

Introduction
A great opportunity to join Transport for Wales (TfW) as an IT Project Manager who will deliver IT and Digital Services related projects to improve the effectiveness of TfW as an organisation and to deliver improvements to the user experience of public transport services.
Role responsibilities
You’ll provide a professional and effective project management service, including project governance, reporting, technical working groups and executive steering groups, in accordance with the required processes and timelines.
You’ll support the delivery of IT and Digital Services project delivery procedures keeping abreast with changes to legislation, working with the supply chain to ensure TfW and its delivery partners are using best practice methodologies.
You’ll manage project teams by collaborating with internal colleagues, external contractors, stakeholders and supply chain to ensure projects meet desired outcomes in terms of scope, timescales and cost.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of IT projects, predominantly related to rail and bus, ensuring that technology reflects best practice, is in line with our strategic objectives and is fully aligned with key partners and stakeholders.
You’ll need to have:
o Previous experience of managing the delivering IT and Digital Services related projects.
o Have a project management qualification such as MSP, APM or PRINCE2 or similar.
o Previous experience of managing a budget, including forecasting and monitoring spend.
o Ability to manage an IT contract.
o Experience of working and engaging with internal and external stakeholders, as well as transport clients.
