Mae Trafnidiaeth Cymru (TrC) wedi wynebu newid ar raddfa fawr drwy gydol 2020 ac mae’n parhau i dyfu. Rydyn ni’n chwilio am Arweinydd Pontio a Newid i ymgysylltu’n strategol, cydlynu a rheoli rhaglenni er mwyn cyflawni busnes a newid sefydliadol, a phontio i sefyllfa Busnes fel Arfer o fewn TrC a’i bartneriaid lle bo angen.
Cyfrifoldebau’r swydd
Byddwch chi’n arwain y gwaith o gyflawni rhaglenni newid sy’n deillio o gyfleoedd datblygu ar gyfer TrC, drwy hwyluso’r broses o bontio swyddogaethau i neu o sefydliadau eraill a chyflawni newid mewnol er mwyn sicrhau bod gan wasanaethau TrC gwmpas parhaus i ddarparu rhwydwaith trafnidiaeth integredig i Gymru.
Byddwch chi’n arwain y rhaglen ac yn rheoli prosiectau pontio a newid sy’n dod i law, mewn cydweithrediad â thimau'r rhaglenni. Yn ogystal â hyn, byddwch yn arwain y gwaith o drosglwyddo swyddogaethau, canfod adnoddau priodol, cysoni, pennu trefniadau gweithio optimwm ac integreiddio a swyddogaethau eraill er mwyn bod mor effeithiol ac effeithlon â phosibl.
Byddwch hefyd yn gyfrifol am gynhyrchu dogfennau rhaglenni – gan gynnwys dogfennau cychwyn rhaglenni (PID), cynllun ansawdd, cofrestrau risgiau a phroblemau, dogfennau paratoi a pharodrwydd, cynlluniau rhaglenni a phontio – a chyflawni yn unol â'r rheini er mwyn sicrhau bod rhaglenni newid TrC yn cael eu cyflawni ar amser gyda’r rheolaeth briodol.

Transition and Change Lead
Introduction
Transport for Wales’ (TfW) has experience large scale change through 2020 and is continuing to grow. We’re now looking for a Transition and Change Lead to provide strategic engagement, programme management and coordination to drive forward business and organisational change and transition into Business as Usual, within TfW and partners, where necessary.
Role responsibilities
You’ll lead the delivery of change programmes resulting from development opportunities for TfW by facilitating the transition of functions from or to other organisations and internal change to ensure the continued scope of TfW’s services to provide Wales with an integrated transport network.
You’ll lead the programme and project manage transition and change, in consultation with the programme teams, of incoming functions. Leading the transfer of functions, appropriate resourcing, process alignment, optimum working arrangements and integration with other functions to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
You’ll also be responsible for the production of, and delivery in accordance with, programme documentation including programme initiation document (PID), quality plan, risks and issues registers, documents for mobilisation readiness, programme and transition planning to ensure TfW’s change programme are delivered on time with the appropriate governance.
