Mae hwn yn amser cyffrous i ymuno â Trafnidiaeth Cymru (TrC) fel Rheolwr Cydymffurfio. Bydd y Rheolwr Cydymffurfio yn arwain ac yn rheoli’r gwaith o ddatblygu, gweithredu a monitro gweithdrefnau cydymffurfio ar draws y fframwaith rheoli asedau a safonau.
Cyfrifoldebau’r swydd
Byddwch yn datblygu, yn goruchwylio ac yn rheoli’r system Rheoli Asedau drwy ddeall gofynion y system, yn cysylltu â’r rhanddeiliaid priodol i lywodraethu sut caiff ei defnyddio i atal ac i ddelio â thorri safonau, canllawiau’r diwydiant a pholisïau mewnol.
Byddwch yn gweithio gyda’r Uwch Beiriannydd Asedau (Sifil) i reoli’r gwaith o weithredu ac optimeiddio’r Broses Rheoli Safonau a Gwyriadau drwy weithredu fel pwynt cyswllt ar gyfer llywodraethu safonau, cysylltu a chydlynu â thimau mewnol ac Amey Infrastructure Wales Ltd (Rheolwr Seilwaith) i sicrhau bod buddsoddiad Llywodraeth Cymru yn cael ei ddiogelu.
Byddwch yn rheoli’r gwaith o sicrhau ansawdd gweithdrefnau a chynlluniau mewnol, drwy gynnal dadansoddiadau risg ac adrodd sy’n gysylltiedig â’r Gweithgareddau Rheoli Asedau i ddarparu protocol ansawdd a risg mewnol i TrC i sicrhau bod rhwymedigaethau TrC i’r Cytundeb Seilwaith (ar gyfer darparu Gwasanaethau Rheoli Seilwaith y Rheilffyrdd) yn cael eu cyflawni.

Introduction
This is an exciting time to join Transport for Wales (TfW) as a Compliance Manager. The Compliance Manager will lead and manage the development, implementation and monitoring of compliance procedures across the asset management and standards framework.
Role responsibilities
You’ll develop, oversee and manage the Asset Management control system by understanding the requirement of the system, liaise with the appropriate stakeholders to govern its usage to prevent and deal with violation of standards, industry guidelines and internal policies.
You’ll work with the Senior Asset Engineer (Civils) to manage the implementation and optimisation of the Standards and Deviations Management Process by acting as the point of contact for standards governance, liaising and coordinating with internal teams and Amey Infrastructure Wales Ltd (Infrastructure Manager) to ensure the Welsh Government investment is protected.
You’ll manage the quality assurance of internal procedures and plans, by conducting risk analysis and reporting associated with the Asset Management Activities to provide TfW with an internal quality and risk protocol to ensure TfW's obligations to the Infrastructure Agreement (for the delivery of the Rail Infrastructure Management Services) are met.
