Cyflwyniad
Mae Trafnidiaeth Cymru (TrC) yn parhau i drawsnewid trafnidiaeth wrth ddatblygu Metro Gogledd Cymru. Rydyn ni’n chwilio am Reolwr Prosiect Cynorthwyol i roi cymorth rhaglen sy’n ymwneud â Metro Gogledd Cymru ac i gynorthwyo prosiectau i wella gwasanaethau trafnidiaeth yn unol â pholisi a strategaeth trafnidiaeth Llywodraeth Cymru.
Cyfrifoldebau’r swydd
Byddwch yn cefnogi Rheolwr Rhaglen Metro Gogledd Cymru i gyflawni rhaglen Metro Gogledd Cymru a chefnogi amrywiaeth o brosiectau, drwy ddefnyddio methodolegau cylch bywyd prosiect cadarn, gan weithredu cynllun y prosiect, amserlen o’r holl dasgau, cerrig milltir allweddol a rheoli adnoddau i sicrhau bod y rhain yn cael eu cwblhau’n ddiogel ac mewn da bryd, yn unol â’r gyllideb a’u bod o ansawdd.
Byddwch yn darparu gwasanaeth rheoli prosiectau proffesiynol ac effeithiol, gan gynnwys llywodraethu prosiect, adrodd, gweithgorau technegol a grwpiau llywio gweithredol, yn unol â’r prosesau a’r amserlennu angenrheidiol i sicrhau bod y prosiectau’n cyd-fynd â phrosesau TrC a'u bod yn cael eu cyflawni yn unol â’r gyllideb a’u bod o ansawdd.
Byddwch yn olrhain cynnydd prosiectau ac yn darparu adroddiadau rheolaidd i amrywiaeth o randdeiliaid drwy gefnogi Rheolwr y Prosiect i sefydlu a gweithredu cynllun prosiectau, yn cynnwys amserlen o’r holl dasgau, y prif gerrig milltir a rheoli adnoddau i sicrhau bod TrC yn cyflawni prosiectau yn unol â’r amserlen a’r gyllideb a’u bod o ansawdd.

Assistant Project Manager
Introduction
Transport for Wales (TfW) is continuing to transform transport with the development on the North Wales Metro. We’re now looking for an Assistant Project Manager to deliver programme support to the North Wales Metro and assist projects to improve transport services in line with Welsh Government transport policy and strategy.
Role responsibilities
You’ll be supporting the NW Metro Programme Manager to deliver the North Wales Metro programme and support on a range of projects, by applying robust project lifecycle methodologies, implementing the project plan, schedule of all tasks, key milestones and resource management to ensure these are completed safely to time, cost and quality.
You’ll be providing a professional and effective project management service, including project governance, reporting, technical working groups and executive steering groups, in accordance with the required processes and timelines to ensure the projects are aligned to TfW processes and delivered to cost and quality.
You’ll also be tracking project progress and providing regular reports to a variety of stakeholders by supporting the Project Manager to establish and implement the project plan, including a schedule of all tasks, key milestones and resource management to ensure TfW delivers projects to time, cost and quality.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for an aspiring Project Manager who has previous project support experience with a basic knowledge of health and safety.
