Cyflwyniad
Mae hwn yn amser cyffrous i ymuno â Trafnidiaeth Cymru (TrC) fel ein Cynllunydd Rhaglenni. Bydd y Cynllunydd Rhaglenni yn cefnogi amrywiaeth o brosiectau seilwaith, gweithrediadau trafnidiaeth neu newid busnes o fewn TrC i gofnodi, dadansoddi a monitro amserlenni prosiectau fel y gellir mynd ati’n weithredol i reoli’r gwaith o gyflawni prosiectau TrC.
Cyfrifoldebau’r swydd
Byddwch chi’n cefnogi cynllun timau prosiect drwy amserlennu gwaith yn unol â gweithdrefnau cynllunio TrC i sicrhau bod amserlenni’n cael eu cynnal i osgoi tagfeydd a gofynion sy’n gwrthdaro er mwyn gallu gwireddu’r manteision.
Byddwch yn rhoi hwb i’r cynllun drwy gefnogi’r timau prosiectau gyda’r gwaith o fesur cynnydd prosiectau, dadansoddi amserlenni, adrodd a rhagweld gweithgareddau er mwyn cyflawni’r prosiectau’n brydlon.
Byddwch chi’n craffu ar raglenni/amserlenni Ymgynghorwyr a Chontractwyr i’w cymeradwyo yn unol â gofynion y contract drwy gynnal adolygiadau misol i fonitro’r prosiect er mwyn iddo gael ei gyflawni.

Introduction
This is an exciting time to join Transport for Wales (TfW) as our Programme Planner. The Programme Planner will support a variety of infrastructure, transport operations or business change projects within TfW to capture, analyse and monitor project schedules to actively manage the delivery of projects within TfW.
Role responsibilities
You’ll support the project teams plan by scheduling work in accordance with TfW planning procedures to ensure schedules are maintained that avoid bottlenecks and conflicting demands to enable the realization of benefits.
You’ll actively drive the plan by supporting the project teams with ongoing project progress measurement, schedule analysis, reporting and forecasting activities to enable the projects to be delivered on time.
You’ll scrutinise Consultant and Contractor programmes/schedules provided for acceptance in line with contractual requirements by performing monthly reviews to monitor the project in order for it to be delivered.
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for someone who is experienced in planning projects who can can support a variety of change projects within TfW.

Welsh Language Skills
The ability to speak Welsh would be a plus but is not essential for this role.
