Mae Trafnidiaeth Cymru (TrC) yn Gyflogwr Cyfle Cyfartal, mae hyn yn golygu y dylai pob un cymwys gael cyfle cyfartal i gael swydd a dyrchafiad ar sail ei allu, ei gymwysterau a’i addasrwydd ar gyfer y gwaith. Bydd ein Harweinydd Cyhoeddiadau Strategol yn arwain y gwaith o ddatblygu ein cyhoeddiadau strategol dwyieithog, gan gynnwys ein hadroddiad blynyddol, ein cynllun gweithredol a’n cynllun busnes pum mlynedd yn ogystal â’n dogfennau strategaeth a’n cynnwys strategol.
Cyfrifoldebau’r swydd
Gan reoli ein calendr cyhoeddiadau strategol, byddwch yn arwain y gwaith o ddatblygu cyhoeddiadau strategol TrC, gan sicrhau eu bod yn ymgysylltu â’n cynulleidfaoedd allweddol ac yn cyflawni ein hamcanion cyfathrebu a’n hamcanion eraill.
Byddwch yn meithrin perthnasoedd dylanwadol gyda rhwydwaith o randdeiliaid mewnol ac allanol; a chyda golwg ar ddylunio a manylion, byddwch yn gweithio gyda chyflenwyr gan gynnwys asiantaethau dylunio a chreadigol i sicrhau bod TrC yn cyhoeddi cyhoeddiadau a chynnwys strategol cywir, craff ac o ansawdd uchel yn brydlon, yn unol â’r gyllideb a chanllawiau brand a’n tôn llais.

Introduction
We need a Strategic Publications Lead to help us communicate the impact of the work we're doing to transform Wales' transport network.
Our Strategic Publications Lead will lead the development of our bilingual strategic publications, including our annual report, operational plan and our five-year business plan as well as our strategy documents and strategic content.
Role responsibilities
Managing our strategic publications calendar, you’ll lead the development of TfW’s strategic publications, ensuring that they engage our key audiences and achieve our communication and other objectives.
You’ll build influential relationships with a network of internal and external stakeholders and, with an eye for design and detail, you’ll work suppliers including design and creative agencies to ensure that TfW publishes accurate, incisive and high-quality strategic publications and content on time, to budget and in line with our brand guidelines and tone of voice.

We're looking for an experienced business writer who can lead the development of TfW's strategic publications, achieve our communication objectives and help to build our brand.

Welsh Language Skills
The ability to speak Welsh would be a plus but is not essential for this role.
