Cyfle gwych i ymuno â Thrafnidiaeth Cymru (TrC) wrth i ni ehangu i feysydd eraill o drafnidiaeth, gan gefnogi ailgyhoeddi'r prosiect Cerdyn Teithio Rhatach a'n gwasanaeth bws newydd sy'n ymateb i'r galw - fflecsi, drwy ddarparu cymorth gweinyddol a gwasanaeth i gwsmeriaid.
Cyfrifoldebau’r swydd
Byddwch yn ymateb i ymholiadau cwsmeriaid drwy negeseuon e-bost, galwadau ffôn ac wyneb yn wyneb i gynorthwyo gyda'u cais am docyn bws.
Byddwch yn dilysu dogfennau a lluniau yn unol â meini prawf TrC i sicrhau bod ceisiadau cwsmeriaid yn cael eu prosesu mewn ffordd sy’n cydymffurfio.
Byddwch hefyd yn ffonio cwsmeriaid lle mae angen rhagor o wybodaeth i brosesu'u ffurflen gais.
Byddwch yn cefnogi'r prosiect bws sy'n ymateb i'r galw, gan gyfrannu at wella profiad y cwsmer yn barhaus.

Rydyn ni’n chwilio am rywun sy’n gallu defnyddio ei brofiad o System Rheoli Cardiau Llywodraeth Cymru ac sy’n rhoi sylw i fanylion er mwyn galluogi TrC i gyflawni’r gwaith o ddarparu cardiau teithio rhatach. Bydd gennych brofiad blaenorol o ddarparu cymorth gweinyddol a chymorth i gwsmeriaid i amrywiaeth o wahanol brosiectau, gan ddefnyddio sawl system TG.

Introduction
A great opportunity to join Transport for Wales (TfW) as we expand into other areas of transport, supporting the reissue of the concessionary bus pass project and our new demand responsive bus service - fflecsi, by providing administration and customer service support.
Role responsibilities
You'll be responding to customer queries through emails, telephone calls and face to face to assist with their application for a bus pass.
You'll validate documents and photos to by consulting TfW applications criteria to ensure customers applications are processed compliantly.
You'll also make outbound calls to customer where further information is needed to process their application form.
You'll support the demand responsive bus project, contributing to continuously improving the customer experience.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who can deliver great customer service, and who has great attention to detail to enable TfW to delivery these important projects. You’ll have previous experience of providing administration and customer support to a variety of different projects, using multiple IT systems.
