Byddwch hefyd yn gyfrifol am yr wybodaeth sydd i’w rheoli o’r adeg pan gaiff ei chreu nes iddi gael ei dinistrio neu ei dewis i’w throsglwyddo i'r Archif Genedlaethol. Sicrhau y cydymffurfir â’r Ddeddf Cofnodion Cyhoeddus fel bod penderfyniadau a chofnodion ar gael i’r cyhoedd eu gweld os dymunir.
