Cyfle gwych i ymuno â thîm Datblygu Gogledd Cymru Trafnidiaeth Cymru (TrC) fel Rheolwr Prosiect i gyflawni prosiectau sy’n ymwneud â thrafnidiaeth i wella gwasanaethau trafnidiaeth yn unol â pholisi a strategaeth trafnidiaeth Llywodraeth Cymru.
Cyfrifoldebau’r swydd
Byddwch yn cyflawni amrywiaeth o brosiectau sy’n ymwneud â thrafnidiaeth, drwy ddefnyddio methodolegau cylch bywyd prosiect cadarn (fel APM neu PRINCE 2), gan weithredu cynllun y prosiect, amserlen o’r holl dasgau, cyflawni cerrig milltir allweddol a rheoli adnoddau i sicrhau bod y rhain yn cael eu cwblhau’n ddiogel ac mewn da bryd, yn unol â’r gyllideb a’u bod o ansawdd.
Byddwch yn darparu gwasanaeth rheoli prosiectau proffesiynol ac effeithiol, gan gynnwys llywodraethu prosiect, adrodd, gweithgorau technegol a grwpiau llywio gweithredol, yn unol â’r prosesau a’r amserlennu angenrheidiol i sicrhau bod y prosiectau’n cyd-fynd â phrosesau TrC a'u bod yn cael eu cyflawni yn unol â’r gyllideb a’u bod o ansawdd.
Byddwch hefyd yn rheoli cyllideb y prosiect drwy gysylltu â’r Partner Busnes Ariannol priodol a’r Uwch Reolwr Prosiect, gan uwchgyfeirio unrhyw amrywiadau lle bo angen i sicrhau bod costau’n aros o fewn y gyllideb y cytunwyd arni.

Rydyn ni’n chwilio am Reolwr Prosiect profiadol sydd wedi cyflawni prosiectau sy’n ymwneud â thrafnidiaeth drwy gydol oes y prosiect. Bydd yn deall sut mae gweithredu Deddf Cenedlaethau’r Dyfodol ac yn dymuno gweithio ar brosiectau cyffrous ac uchel eu proffil.

Project Manager
Introduction
A fantastic opportunity to join Transport for Wales (TfW) North Wales Development team as a Project Manager to deliver transport related projects to improve transport services in line with Welsh Government transport policy and strategy.
Role responsibilities
You’ll deliver a range of transport related projects, by applying robust project lifecycle methodologies implementing the project plan, schedule of all tasks, key milestones and resource management to ensure these are completed safely to time, cost and quality.
You'll be providing a professional and effective project management service, including project governance, reporting, technical working groups and executive steering groups, in accordance with the required processes and timelines to ensure the projects are aligned to TfW processes and delivered to cost and quality.
You'll also be managing the project budget by liaising with the appropriate Finance Business Partner and the Senior Project Manager, escalating any variances where required to ensure costs remain within the agreed budged.
Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who has previously delivered transport related projects through the entire project lifecycle, with an understanding of how to apply the Future Generations Act and who is looking to work on exciting and high-profile projects.
