Cyflwyniad
Dyma gyfle gwych i ymuno â TrC yn ystod cyfnod trawsnewidiol cyffrous fel Rheolwr Prosiect gyda golwg gyffredinol dros Ymgynghorwyr goruchwylio’r awdurdod ar raglen gwella Priffyrdd yr A465, gan adrodd i Lywodraeth Cymru ar faterion Masnachol a Chytundebol, a hefyd yn llunio adroddiadau ar gynnydd, ansawdd a diogelwch y prosiect.
Cyfrifoldebau’r swydd
Byddwch yn gwaith o reoli’r Prosiectau a swyddogaethau’r Prosiect o ddydd i ddydd drwy fod yn bwynt cyswllt i’r Ymgynghorydd ar gyfer holl ymholiadau a chyflwyniadau’r Prosiect er mwyn sicrhau bod prosiectau’n cael eu cyflawni yn unol â’r amserlen, y gost a’r ansawdd.
Byddwch yn gwneud argymhellion ar bob cais gan y Cyflogwr a’r Ymgynghorydd drwy gydweithio ar amrywiadau i’r Prosiect, y Briff, y gyllideb a’r Rhaglen â Phartneriaid Cyflawni TrC i sicrhau bod y prosiect yn cael adnoddau priodol ac yn cael ei gyflawni’n effeithiol.
Byddwch yn rheoli adrannau rhaglen wella'r A465 drwy gydweithio gyda rhanddeiliaid prosiectau a rheoli rhaglenni cyflenwi yn unol â Chanllawiau Gweithdrefnau Ffyrdd Llywodraeth Cymru a phrosesau Camau Allweddol, er mwyn sicrhau bod y prosiectau’n cael eu cyflawni ar amser ac yn unol â’r gofynion o ran cost ac ansawdd.

Cymhwyster peirianneg perthnasol ar lefel Peiriannydd Siartredig neu Gorfforedig (neu gyfwerth).
Cymhwyster gradd perthnasol, fel peirianneg sifil neu faes tebyg.
Profiad o reoli contractau/masnachol yng nghyswllt prosiectau seilwaith priffyrdd.
Gallu dangos ymwybyddiaeth wleidyddol a chydweithio’n effeithiol â phob plaid i gyflawni ystod o ganlyniadau busnes.

Introduction
A fantastic opportunity to join TfW during an exciting period of transformation as a Project Manager to have oversight of authority’s supervising Consultants on the A465 Highways improvement programme, reporting to Welsh Government on Commercial and Contractual issues, and also compile reports on the projects progress, quality and safety.
Role responsibilities
You’ll co-ordinate the day-to-day management of the Projects and functions within the Project by being the point of contact for the Consultant on all Project enquiries and submissions to ensure projects are delivered to time, cost and quality.
You'll consider and make recommendations on all applications from the Employer and the Consultant by collaborating on variations to the Project, Brief, budget and Programme with TfW Delivery Partners to ensure the project is appropriately resourced and effectively delivered.
You'll manage the sections of the A465 improvement programme by collaborating with project stakeholders and managing deliver programmes in adherence with the Welsh Government’s Roads Procedures Guidance and Key Stage processes to ensure project are delivered to time, cost and quality.
